基于夹棉厚度与罩杯纸样省量的关系研究

摘　　要：文胸罩杯纸样对穿着者合体程度及功能性效果起着重要的作用,通过对75A人模胸加上0.9cm、1.6cm、2.6cm三种不同海绵厚度对应的单褶杯、左右杯、上下杯、T字破骨杯四种常见杯型进行合体立裁,对省量角度大小进行实测,再对罩杯夹棉厚度和省量的关系进行统计分析,找出适合不同夹棉厚度的省道夹角,并对不同夹棉厚度与不同文胸罩杯省量的大小以及位置进行分析总结,以希为文胸罩杯制版人员提供参考数据。The bra cup pattern plays an important role in the fit and functional effect of the wearer.The75A person model chest is provided with three different thicknesses of 0.9cm,1.6cm and 2.6cm,and the left and right cups.The four common cups of the upper and lower cups and the T-shaped broken cups are combined and tailored.The measured angles are measured,and the relationship between the thickness and the amount of the cups is statistically analyzed to find out the suitable thickness for different quilts.The angle of the provincial road is analyzed,and the thickness and position of different plenum thicknesses and different bra cups are analyzed and summarized,and the reference data for the bra cup making staff is provided.
