摘  要:“海洋强国”是当前国家重要发展战略,我国海洋环境信息基础设施建设已初具规模,大量无人水文气象观测设备是海洋环境观测网的重要组成部分。虽然北斗系统短报文通讯服务已逐步应用到海洋环境信息的通信传输之中,但是终端用户需要配备专用北斗终端,并且天线需要无遮挡指向短报文服务星座大致方位的特点,不利于终端用户对水文气象设备的实时监控和信息提取。为此,设计了北斗/GSM通信互联服务网关,打通了北斗短报文通信服务网和手机移动通信GSM短信服务网之间的连接。在终端用户侧,实现了不依赖北斗终端随时随地远程监控水文气象站和获取远端水文气象数据服务的能力,有效提高了数据传输覆盖范围和时效性。对高山、沙漠等应用场景具有一定的推广应用价值。"China’s Maritime Power Strategy"is currently an important national development strategy.The construction of marine environment information infrastructure in China has begun to take shape.Unattended hydrometeorological station is an important part of the marine environment observation Nnetwork.Although the short message communication service of Beidou system has been gradually appliedto the communication transmission of marine environment information.However,during the application,the end-user needs to be equipped with a special Beidou terminal,and the aerial needs to point to the general orientation of the short message service constellation without blocking,which is not conducive to the real-timemonitoring and information extraction of the hydrometeorological station by the end-user.Therefore,the Beidou/GSM communication service gateway is designed to connect the Beidou short message communicationservice network and the GSM short message service network of mobile communication.At the end-user side,it realizes the ability of remote monitoring hydrometeorological station and acquiring remote hydrometeorological data service without relying on Beidou terminal anytime and anywhere,andeffectively improves the data transmission coverage and timeliness accuracy.It has a certain application value for the application scenarios of mountains and deserts.
