摘  要:为了满足风电变流器智能化运维的市场需求,设计了一种基于SD卡的嵌入式数据存储系统。通过在控制系统中扩展大容量存储模块并嵌入虚拟文件系统接口,可实现运行数据的长时间记录和实时读取。现场应用表明,该系统实施简单,数据存取可靠,提高了机组故障定位以及消缺效率,使风电变流器的运维过程更加智能、友好。In order to meet the market demand of intelligent operation and maintenance of wind-power converter,an embedded data storage system based on SD card is designed in this paper.By expanding the mass storage module in the control system and embedding the interface of virtual file system,the long-time recording and real-time reading of data can be realized easily.Wind-farm applications shows that the system is simple to implement and reliable to access,which greatly improves the efficiency of fault location and elimination,and makes the operation of wind-power converter more intelligent and friendly.
