摘 要:为了加快西安501油库系统自动化和信息化的发展,提升控制管理水平,提高油库作业效率,减少人为误差,设计了基于S7-300 PLC的计算机油库监控系统。该系统以PLC作为现场控制器,运用计算机完成了STEP7和组态王的联合仿真,通过组态王显示整个监控界面。系统可对501油库储油罐的液位、温度、厂区供油管流量、压力等工艺参数进行实时监测、连锁操作、故障报警、数据处理及归档,为油库监控管理系统提供稳定可靠的数据平台。该系统减少了人为误差,节约了成本,提高了油库系统作业的质量和效率,满足未来可持续发展的要求。In order to speed up the development of automation and Information of Xi’an 501 oil depot system,improve the level of control management and the operation efficiency of oil depot and reduce the artificial error,this paper designs a computer oil depot monitoring system based on S7-300 PLC.The joint simulation of STEP7 and King View is completed by using PLC as the core controller,and the whole monitoring interface is displayed by King View.The system can be used for real-time monitoring,chain operation,fault alarm,data processing and filing of process parameters such as liquid level,temperature,flow rate and pressure of fuel supply pipe in 501 oil depot.It provides a stable and reliable data platform for the oil depot monitoring and management system.
