摘 要:为校正温度及含水量对变压器固体绝缘频域介电谱(FDS)数据的影响,基于空间曲面拟合技术,提出了一种考虑温度及含水量协同效应的FDS数据温度校正模型。通过对4种不同含水量的油浸绝缘纸板进行变温实验,基于主曲线技术提取其平移因子,建立了含水量、测试温度以及平移因子数值的函数模型,最终得到实验室条件下用于变压器固体绝缘频域介电谱温度校正的通用模型。最后,实验结果验证了本文提出的FDS曲线温度校正方法的准确性及通用性。In order to correct the influence of temperature and water content on the frequency domain dielectric spectrum(FDS)data of transformer solid insulation,a temperature correction model of FDS data considering the synergic effect of temperature and water content is proposed based on the space surface fitting technique.By the temperature variation experiments on four oil-immersed insulating paperboards with different water contents and based on the main curve technique which can extract their shift factors,a functional model of the numerical values of water contents,test temperatures and shift factors is established.Finally,a general model of the temperature correction for frequency domain dielectric spectrum of transformer solid insulation under laboratory conditions is obtained.The experimental results have verified the accuracy and generality of the FDS curve temperature correction method proposed in this paper.
