摘 要:备自投带负荷试验对于消除备自投逻辑及二次回路缺陷具有重要意义,是检查备自投及二次回路是否异常的有效手段。针对2019年某电网发生的4起备自投不正确动作事件,探讨了备自投带负荷试验的重要性及基本要点。为了有效避免备自投不正确动作事件的发生,应在备自投定检、消缺、软硬件升级以及断路器一、二次回路更改后及时开展备自投带负荷试验。The on-load test of busbar automatic transfer switch is of great significance to eliminate the defects of busbar automatic transfer switch logic and the secondary circuit,and is an effective means to check whether the busbar automatic transfer switch and secondary circuit are abnormal.Aimed at dissecting four incorrect operation events of busbar automatic transfer switch in a power grid in 2019,the importance and basic points of the on-load test of busbar automatic transfer switch are discussed.In order to effectively avoid the occurrence of incorrect operation events of busbar automatic transfer switch,the on-load test of busbar automatic transfer switch should be carried out in time after the predetermined repairs,fault elimination,software and hardware upgrades of the busbar automatic transfer switch and after the changes of the circuit breaker primary and secondary circuits.
