摘 要:某500 kV变电站的LW24-40.5/72.5型断路器发生动触头与静触头异常碰撞事件,为了避免此类事件再次发生,应用X射线数字成像检测技术对辖区内156台相同型号的断路器进行排查。应用结果表明,该技术能有效地诊断和定位在运断路器的内部隐患,但由于检测仪器比较昂贵以及现场检测接线较困难,使得该技术的现场应用受到一定限制。An abnormal collision event between the moving contact and the fixed contact of the LW 24-40.5/72.5 type circuit breaker in a 500 kV substation has occurred.In order to avoid the recurrence of such events,X-ray digital radiography was used to investigate 156 circuit breakers of the same type.The application results show that the technology can effectively identify and locate internal defects of circuit breakers.However,field application of this technology is hindered by the high cost of the testing equipment and the difficulty in wiring.
