摘 要:从海南省高位池养殖水中分离出一株高效消解化学需氧量COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand)的菌株DZG-F1,经16SrDNA序列鉴定,初步鉴定为芽孢杆菌属(Bacillus),命名为Bacillus sp.DZG-F1,在淀粉7%、pH 7.0、温度35℃、K2HPO4添加量3‰的培养条件下,能有效促进该菌株生长;微生物固定材料中固菌能力为改性椰丝纤维>海藻酸钠微球>椰丝纤维,其中改性椰丝纤维固定后的菌株在水产养殖废水处理中COD消解能力最佳,其48 h COD消解率为50.75%。本研究表明,固定化DZG-F1菌株对海水养殖废水中的COD具有良好的消解能力,在海水养殖水质管理中具有较大的应用潜力。In this study,we isolated a bacterial stain efficiently digesting chemical oxygen demand(COD)from Hainan high-potential ponds.The 16 S rRNA gene(16 S rDNA)sequence analysis preliminarily revealed that the strain is a species in genus Bacillus.We named the strain as Bacillus sp.DZG-F1.Besides,we found that the growth of the strain can effectively promoted when it is cultured at 7%of starch,salinity of pH7.0,35℃,and 3‰of K2HPO4.The ability of solid capacity among four microbial fixation materials was modified,and it was found that the ability of coconut fiber is higher than that of sodium alginate microsphere and that of coconut fiber.The strain fixed with modified coconut fiber had the highest COD digestion ability in aquaculture wastewater treatment:the COD digestion rate was 50.75%after 48 h.Our results revealed that the immobilized DZG-F1 has a good ability to eliminate COD in marine culture wastewater.It can be applied for the water quality management of marine culture.DZG-F1 is an alternative strain with the potential of being used in the construction of compound bacterial agents for marine culture wastewater treatment.
