摘 要:针对高岭土颗粒在载体表面形成的动态膜处理含聚污水抗污染能力较差、膜处理周期较短的问题,对高岭土颗粒进行碱处理,在多孔陶瓷载体上制备碱处理动态膜,并用于处理含聚污水研究。结果表明,碱处理使高岭土颗粒表面ζ电位降低,进而提高了所制备动态膜的抗污染性能。在水温为60℃、跨膜压差0.14 kPa、膜面流速1.0 m/s的优化条件下,膜通量可以稳定在317 L/(m^2·h)以上,处理后的产水油、悬浮物的质量浓度分别为12.5、4.26 mg/L,悬浮物中位粒径小于3μm。Aimed at the problems of dynamic membrane which prepared by kaolin particles on carrier surface for polymer-contained wastewater treatment,such as poor anti-pollution capacity and short membrane treatment cycle.Alkali-treated dynamic membrane was prepared by doping alkali-treated kaolin particles on porous ceramic carrier,and further applied for polymer-contained wastewater treatment.The results showed that alkali treatment reduced theζpotential of the kaolin particles and improved the anti-fouling performance of as-prepared dynamic membrane.The membrane flux reached 317 L/(m^2·h)at optimized operation condition of water temperature was 60℃,transmembrane pressure was 0.14 kPa,and membrane surface flow velocity was 1.0 m/s.The mass concentrations of oil and suspended solids in produced water were 12.5 and 4.26 mg/L,respectively,and the median particle size of suspension was less than 3μm after treatment.
