摘 要:采用聚氨酯生物填料强化厌氧工艺处理实际偶氮染料废水,考察了不同聚氨酯投加量对厌氧工艺效能的影响。结果表明,当聚氨酯投加体积比为30%时,厌氧反应器出水COD为(253.1±47.0)mg/L,相应的去除率为83.13%;出水色度稳定在(34.81±17.93)倍,相应的脱色率为97.22%。聚氨酯生物填料的投加可以明显削弱厌氧反应器中苯胺类物质的过度积累,同时促进反应器具有更高的CH4产量。The practical azo dye wastewater was treated by enhanced anaerobic process with polyurethane bio-carrier.The effects of different polyurethane dosage on anaerobic process efficiency were investigated.The results showed that when the polyurethane dosage of volume ratio was 30%,the COD in the effluent of the anaerobic reactor was(253.1±47.0)mg/L,and the removal rate was 83.13%.The chroma of effluent was 34.81±17.93 times,and the decolorization ratio was 97.22%.The addition of polyurethane bio-carrier could significantly reduce the excessive accumulation of aniline and promote the CH4 production in the anaerobic reactor.
