摘 要:以自制的WXF-1为萃取剂,采用络合萃取结合类Fenton氧化的方法处理含硝基苯甲酸废水。结果表明,络合萃取处理过程优化条件为:pH为0.8、络合剂的体积分数10%、油水体积比为0.2、反萃剂NaOH的质量分数为25%、有机相与反萃取相体积比20:1;类Fenton氧化过程中优化条件为:萃余水相pH为1.5、H2O2的体积分数为12 m L/L、Fe3O4催化剂的量1.5 g/L、反应温度60℃、反应时间2 h时。在此优化条件下,废水COD从最初的7 g/L左右降到0.3 g/L以下,COD的总去除率达到92.8%,满足企业后续处理的要求(COD<300 mg/L)。With self-made WXF-1 as extraction agent,nitrobenzoic acid wastewater was treated by complex extraction combined with Fenton-Like oxidation.The results showed that the optimal conditions for complexation extraction treatment were as follow,the pH was 0.8,the volume fraction of complexing agent was 10%,the oil-water volume ratio was 0.2,the mass fraction of the back-extraction agent NaOH was 25%,and the volume ratio of the organic phase to the back-extraction phase was 20:1;The optimal conditions for fenton-like oxidation were as follow,the pH of raffinose was 1.5,the volume fraction of H2O2 was 12 mL/L,the amount of Fe3O4 catalyst was 1.5 g/L,the reaction temperature was 60℃,and the reaction time was 2 h.Under this optimized condition,the COD of wastewater decreased from the original 7 g/L to less than 0.3 g/L,and the total removal rate of COD reached 92.8%,meeting the requirements of the subsequent treatment of the enterprise(COD<300 mg/L).
