早期乳腺癌中医辨证内治专家共识

摘　　要：乳腺癌是女性常见的恶性肿瘤之一,辨证内治是中医药干预治疗的主要方法。中华中医药学会乳腺病分会在临床流行病学调查以及德尔菲法研究基础上多次组织国内顶尖中医乳腺病专家就乳腺癌的临床治疗阶段分期、证候分类、辨证论治等一系列辨证内治问题进行共识讨论,并结合国内外中医药防治乳腺癌的临床研究、临床经验总结以及最新的乳腺癌相关指南和共识,就"早期乳腺癌中医辨证内治"达成专家共识。共识分定义、辨证、内治法3个部分,核心内容是早期乳腺癌应进行"分期辨证"治疗,即分为围手术期、围化疗期、围放疗期及巩固期4个期进行辨证治疗。Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women.Syndrome differentiation and internal therapy are the characteristic of TCM.Based on clinical epidemiological investigations and Delphi method researches,the Breast Disease Branch of China Association of Chinese Medicine has organized many outstanding TCM experts in breast diseases to reach a consensus on issues regarding the staging,classification of syndromes,and syndrome differentiation and treatment of breast cancer.This consensus incorporated clinical researches,clinical experience summary and latest breast cancer-related guidelines and consensus.The consensus"Early-stage Breast Cancer TCM Syndrome Differentiation and Internal Therapy"has three parts:definition,syndrome differentiation and internal therapy.The core content is that early breast cancer should be treated by"stage differentiation",namely,perioperative period,peri-chemotherapy period,peri-radiotherapy period,and consolidation period.
