摘　　要：气血理论是中医基础理论的重要组成部分。"气"和"血"是人体的物质基础和能量源泉,是中医临床的出发点和落脚点。本文秉承传承创新的思想,结合基础医学的理论,试图对气血理论进行新的诠释:"气"与肌肉的功能有两个共同特点:动态与无形,两者在一定程度上可以互通;"血"对应于西医的血液和血循环。通过分析"气"和"血"的关系,认为二者的关系约等同于"肌肉-血液(血循环)"的关系,气血的功能绝大部分可以通过肌肉和血液(血循环)的功能实现,本文用典型案例进行了说明。Qi and blood theory is an important part of basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine."Qi"and"blood"are the material foundation and energy source of the human body,as well as the starting point and foothold of clinical Chinese medicine.This article adheres to the ideological guidance of inheritance and innovation,combined with basic medical theory,trying to make a new interpretation of the theory of qi and blood:"Qi",like muscles,has two same characteristics:dynamic and invisible,the two can communicate to a certain extent;"blood"corresponds to the blood and blood circulation of modern medicine.By analyzing the relationship between"qi"and"blood",it is believed that the relationship between"qi"and"blood"is approximately equivalent to the relationship between"muscle-blood(blood circulation)".Most of the functions of qi and blood can pass through muscle and blood(blood circulation)function.This article uses a typical case to illustrate the theory.
