甲烷氯化物副产硫酸中有机物去除技术研究

摘　　要：分析了副产硫酸品质的现状,提出了采用负压闪蒸来回收溶解的一氯甲烷的方案,在生产过程中进行了实践。实际应用情况表明,负压闪蒸技术可以回收溶解在副产硫酸中的一氯甲烷,提高一氯甲烷装置产品的收率,同时创造了一定的经济效益,可以为其他相似工况提供实际的借鉴。The paper analyzes the current situation of by-product sulfuric acid quality,proposed use the negative pressure flash to recycle dissolve methyl chloride,the practice in the process of production.Practical application shows that the negative pressure flash technology can be recycled dissolved in a methyl chloride in the by-product sulfuric acid,increase the yield of methyl chloride plant products,created a certain economic benefits at the same time,can provide practical reference for other similar conditions.
