建设产科医患互动平台的必要性分析

摘　　要：目的:针对产科需求,探讨建设产科医患互动平台的必要性。方法:深度剖析产科关于医患互动的需求,结合医院现有信息系统、信息技术发展情况,根据国家关于产科信息化、互联网医疗等相关政策,构建产科医患互动平台服务模型,设计系统并实施。结果及结论:通过建设产科医患互动平台,拓展了医患沟通通道,增加了医患沟通时间,提升了医护工作效率,减轻了医护工作负荷,提高了患者参与度和满意度。Objective:To meet the needs of Obstetrics,it is necessary to build an interactive platform between obstetrics doctors and patients.Methods:An in-depth analysis of obstetric needs for doctor-patient interaction.Based on the development of information system and information technology in the hospital,and in accordance with the relevant policies of the state on obstetric information and Internet medicine,the service model of obstetric doctor-patient interaction platform is constructed,and the system is designed and implemented.Results&Conclusion:Through the construction of obstetric doctor-patient interaction platform,the communication channel between doctors and patients has been expanded,the time of communication between doctors and patients has been increased,the efficiency of medical care has been improved,the workload of medical care has been reduced,and the participation and satisfaction of patients have been improved.
