远程医疗系统在急性脑创伤患者救治护理中的应用

摘　　要：目的:分析远程医疗系统在急性脑创伤患者救治护理中的应用效果。方法:2017年7月起攀钢集团总医院实施远程医疗系统,分别选择2017年7月至2018年12月、2016年1月至2017年6月院前急救的135例急性脑创伤患者作为观察组、对照组,收集其资料,比较两组院前急救时间、急诊科抢救时间及辅助检查时间,改良早期预警评分(MEWS)和格拉斯哥预后评分(GOS),重残率和死亡率。结果:观察组院前急救时间、急诊科抢救时间及辅助检查时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),MEWS和GOS评分均低于对照组(P<0.05),重残率和死亡率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:远程医疗系统可缩短急性脑创伤患者救治时间,改善患者预后。Objective:To analyze the application effects of telemedicine system in the treatment and nursing of patients with acute brain trauma.Methods:135 patients with acute brain trauma who underwent pre-hospital care between July 2017 and December 2018,between January 2016 and June 2017 were selected as the observation group and the control group respectively.The data were collected,and the pre-hospital emergency time,emergency department rescue time and auxiliary examination time,improved early warning score(MEWS)and glasgow prognosis score(GOS),severe disability rate and mortality rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The pre-hospital emergency time,emergency department rescue time and auxiliary examination time in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05),and the scores of MEWS and GOS were lower than those in control group(P<0.05),and the severe disability rate and mortality rate were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Telemedicine system can shorten the treatment time and improve the prognosis of patients with acute brain trauma.
