摘　　要：目的:探讨斑点追踪成像(STI)与实时心肌超声造影(RT-MCE)评价PCI患者心肌灌注的价值。方法:根据RTMCE造影剂(SonoVue)充盈程度将113例PCI患者分为心肌灌注良好组(n=50)与心肌灌注不良组(n=63)。比较两组治疗前后STI、RT-MCE参数的差异。结果:治疗前,两组SLP、T-SLP、MBF、PI比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组上述指标明显优于治疗前,P<0.05,其中心肌灌注良好组上述指标明显优于心肌灌注不良组,P<0.05。结论:STI与RT-MCE评价PCI患者心肌灌注的价值显著,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To study the assessment value of myocardial perfusion by STI and RT-MCE in patients with PCI.Methods:According to SonoVue perfusion,113 cases of patients with PCI were divided into good myocardial perfusion group(n=50)and poor myocardial perfusion group(n=63).The differences of STI,RT-MCE parameters pre/post-therapy between two groups were compared.Results:Before treatment,SLP,T-SLP,MBF,PI compared between the two groups with no statistically significant differences(P>0.05),after treatment,the indexes of the two groups were significantly better than pre-therapy,P<0.05,which the indexes of good myocardial perfusion group was obviously better than poor myocardial perfusion group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The assessment value of myocardial perfusion by STI and RT-MCE in patients with PCI is significant,it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
