人体成分分析仪在维持性血液透析患者营养评估中的应用

摘　　要：【目的】探讨人体成分分析仪在维持性血液透析(MHD)患者中的应用价值.【方法】在本院治疗的MHD患者70例,随机分为观察组(n=36)和对照组(n=34),观察组给予人体成分分析及针对性的营养、健康指导,对照组仅给予常规营养、健康宣教.观察两组治疗前后血清白蛋白、前白蛋白等相关指标的变化.【结果】观察组治疗后白蛋白、前白蛋白和总蛋白分别为(39.82±5.44)g/L、(290.78±35.1)mg/L和(67.15±12.23)g/L,明显高于对照组的(36.12±5.20)g/L、(266.21±36.40)mg/L和(55.41±11.84)g/L(P<0.05),而水分比率为(0.37±0.06),明显低于对照组的(0.40±0.05)(P<0.05).观察组治疗后血肌酐、血清磷及钙磷乘积分别为(310.34±90.53)μmol/L、(1.20±0.32)mmol/L和(30.49±5.29)mg^2/dl^2,明显低于对照组的(420.11±99.82)μmol/L、(1.71±0.31)mmol/L和(38.56±6.11)mg^2/dL^2(P<0.05),而血清钙明显高于对照组(P<0.05).观察组治疗后病人提供的主观整体营养状况评量表(PG-SGA)评分为(1.87±0.43)分,明显低于对照组的(2.98±0.67)分(P<0.05).【结论】人体成分分析在MHD患者中有较好的应用价值,可有效指导改善患者营养状况.【Objective】To explore the application value of humanbody composition monitor test in mainte-nance hemodialysis(MHD)patients.【Methods】A total of 70 patients with MHD in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(n=36)and the control group(n=34).Patients in the observation group received human body composition analysis and targeted nutrition and health guidance.while patients in the control group received routine nutrition and health education.The serum albumin,pre albumin and other related parameters in both groups before and after treatment were measured.【Results】After treatment,the albumin,pre-albumin and total protein in the observation group were(39.82±5.44)g/L.(290.78±35.1)mg/L and(67.15±12.23)g/L,respectively,which were significantly higher than those in the control group(36.12±5.20)g/L.(266.21±36.40)mg/L and(55.41±11.84)g/L.respectively(P<0.05),while the water ratio in the observation group was(0.37±0.06),which was significantly lower than that in the control group(0.40±0.05)(P<0.05).The serum creatinine.serum phosphorus and calcium phosphorus multiplier scores in the observation group after treatment were(310.34±90.53)mmol/L.(1.20±0.32)mmol/L and(30.49±5.29)mg2/dl^2,respectively.which were significantly lower than those in the control group(420.11±99.82)mmol/1,(1.71±0.31)mmol/L and(38.56±6.11)mg^2/dl^2(P<0.05).respectively;while serum calcium in the observation group was sigmificantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PG SGA score of the observation group was(1.87±0.43),which was significantly lower than that of the control group(2.98±0.67)(P<0.05).【Con-clusion】Human body composition monitor has a good application value in MHD patients,which can effctively im-prove nutritional status of patients,
