摘 要:以花红苋菜为试材,通过向氯胁迫下幼苗期苋菜施加外源葡萄糖酸钙,研究其对叶绿素及光合参数的影响,以期利用葡萄糖酸钙来缓解生产中遇到的植物氯毒害。结果表明:不同浓度葡萄糖酸钙均可减弱氯胁迫对苋菜生长的抑制作用。葡萄糖酸钙能在不同时间(3、6 d)使氯胁迫造成的叶绿素组成和总量的降幅减小。各葡萄糖酸钙处理的叶面积系数比对照均有显著增加。苋菜叶片的净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)和蒸腾速率(Tr)施氯后呈下降趋势,而外源葡萄糖酸钙处理明显减少了其降低幅度,使Pn维持在一个较高的水平。Amaranthus tricolor was used as the material,effects of calcium gluconate on the chlorophyll content,photosynthetic parameters of Amaranthus tricolor seedlings under chloride stress were studied.In order to relief the chloride stress of plant production by using calcium gluconate.The results showed that different concentrations of calcium gluconate all could decrease the inhibition of chloride stress on Amaranthus tricolor seedlings growth.The calcium gluconate decreased amplitude reduction for chlorophyll content in different times.All of the treatments applied calcium gluconate increased LAI significantly higher than CK.Pn,Gs,Tr and Ci of Amaranthus tricolor seedlings showed downtrend under chloride stress,while calcium gluconate reduced the decreasing amplitude,maintained Pn a high level.
