摘  要:以槽式集热器为雏形,设计开发出一种板式的CPC复合抛物面集热器。集热管采用新型直通金属-玻璃封接式真空太阳能集热管,并利用Tracepro光学软件,在太阳光入射角-28°~28°进行模拟,表明在此期间不会产生跑光现象,聚光效果明显;通过试验测出该CPC集热器试验最高效率可达65.4%,将该设计用于农业温室,进行冬季供暖补能,最后进行经济效益分析。结果表明:使用CPC集热器为温室供暖(内蒙古供暖180 d),夜晚在保证温室适宜温度下,与传统燃煤取暖相比,可节省运行费用300元,减少二氧化碳排放12.15 t。该研究可为日光温室在未来投入清洁能源供暖提供参考价值。Based on the prototype of trough collector,a kind of plate-type CPC composite parabolic collector was designed and developed.The collector tube adopted the new type of straight-through metal-glass sealed vacuum solar collector tube,and the Trace Pro optical software was used to simulate the sunlight between-28°and 28°,indicating that there would be no light-running phenomenon during this period,and the effect of light concentration was obvious.Through experiment to measure the CPC collector to the highest efficiency could reach 65.4%,this design would be used for agricultural greenhouse,winter heating could fill,finally through economic benefit analysis.The results showed that the use of CPC collector for greenhouse heating(heating in Inner Mongolia 180 days),the night under the greenhouse temperature was guaranteed,compared with traditional coal-fired heating,operation cost 300 yuan was saved,carbon dioxide emissions 12.15 t was reduced.This paper provided reference value for solar greenhouse to put clean energy heating in the future.
