抗生素辅助皮硝外敷治疗小儿阑尾脓肿的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析抗生素辅助皮硝外敷治疗小儿阑尾脓肿的效果。方法将2017年收治的15例阑尾脓肿患儿作为对照组,2018年收治的19例阑尾脓肿患儿作为实验组,对照组采用抗生素常规抗感染治疗,实验组在常规治疗基础上辅以皮硝外敷,观察两组的治疗效果。结果①治疗后3天,腹痛症状减轻对照组12例,实验组19例,对照组少于实验组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);白细胞计数及CRP值均较治疗前下降,且实验组比对照组下降更为明显,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05或<0.01).②治疗后9天,脓肿大小实验组明显小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),腹痛完全缓解实验组多于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验室炎症指标白细胞计数及C反应蛋白值基本降至正常范围,实验组与对照组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论抗生素辅助皮硝外敷治疗小儿阑尾脓肿效果确切,经济实惠,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the efiect of mirabilite in adjuvant treating children with appendiceal abscess.Methods A total of 34 children with appendiceal abscess were divided into two groups:the control group(15 cases)and the experimental group(19 cases).The control group was given conventional fasting,anti—infection treatment and the experimental group was given mirabilite external application in addition to conventional treatment:.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).The efiect of the experimental group was faster and the curative effect was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effects of mirabilite exteral applying on children with appendiceal abscess is exact.And it is cheaper with fewer adverse reactions.So it is worthy of wide clinical application.
