摘  要:针对新能源客车存在不同配置、不同类型及高压零部件种类繁多的问题,给出了新能源客车平台化高压电气架构的设计方案,并设计开发了高压附件集成控制器ACU。介绍了ACU硬件架构、控制策略、结构设计及安全设计点。采用主从式通信结构、行车与充电高压上电流程分离、“双源冗余”转向硬件结构及“随动转向”控制策略,提升了安全性,并降低了功耗。试验结果表明,该系统达到了较好的性能指标和要求。In view of the problems of different configuration,different types and various types of high-voltage components of new energy bus,the design scheme of platform high-voltage electrical architecture of new energy bus is given,and the high-voltage accessory integrated controller ACU is designed and developed.The hardware architecture,control strategy,structure design and safety design point of ACU are introduced.In order to improve security and reduce power consumption,the following measures are adopted,such as masterslave communication structure,separating high-voltage power on process for driving and charging conditions,“dual source redundancy”steering hardware structure and“follow-up steering”control strategy.The test results show that the system has achieved better performance and requirements.
