摘 要:介绍了斜沟煤矿选煤厂的启车方案选择、启车控制原理、优化启动时序控制3个方面智能启车的流程设计;建立了基于OPC通讯技术管控一体化的生产控制系统;通过全流程一键启车的智能化应用,实现了安全、平稳、快速地从产品仓上配仓刮板到原煤仓下给煤机全流程设备的一键启动工作,启车时间由40 min以上减少为20 min,降低了工人劳动强度,提高了生产效率和经济效益。This article proposes the intelligent one-button start process design of the Xiegou coal mine preparation plant in three perspectives:plan selection of one-button start,control principle of one-button start,and optimized start-up sequence control.It has built a production control system according to OPC communication technology and integrated management and control.Through the intelligent application of one-button start of the whole process,the one-button start of the whole process equipment of the coal feeder under the original coal bunker is achieved safely,smoothly,and immediately from the product warehouse to the distribution warehouse scraper.Therefore,the starting time is reduced from 40 minutes to 20 minutes.Then,it reduces the labor intensity of workers and advances productivity and economic efficiency.
