摘　　要：骆驼山矿选煤厂为了改善浮选系统工艺效果,对生产系统多个环节进行了改造:将原设计的煤泥离心机离心液改入到精煤磁选机尾矿桶;用叠层筛替换原有的振动弧形筛,有效控制了浮选入料粒度上限;设置多个浮选入料稀释水补加点,降低入浮矿浆浓度,并自行研制了微量加药阀、消泡器、均质器等;优化改进后浮选入料浓度降低了20 g/L,浮选指标稳定性提高了10%,浮选精煤水分降低了2个百分点,精煤销售合格率提高15个百分点,经济效益显著。To advance the process effect of its flotation system,the coal preparation plant of Camel Hill has improved numerous links to the flotation system.The major contents of the modification are:the centrifuged liquid of the slime centrifuge initially designed is transferred into the tailing bucket of the clean coal magnetic separator.Replace the original vibrating arc screen with a stacked screen,effectively managing the upper limit of flotation feed size.Established various addition points for dilution water of flotation feed,reduce the concentration of floating pulp,self-developed micro-dosing valve,defoamer,homogenizer,etc.After optimizing and improving the flotation production system,the flotation feed concentration decreased by 20 g/L,and the flotation index's stability was improved by 10%.Also,the flotation of clean coal moisture reduced by 2 percentage points,clean coal sales pass rate increased by 15 percentage points,and the economic effect is exceptional.
