运用“三因制宜”理论指导中山地区新冠肺炎诊疗探微

摘　　要：2019新型冠状病毒肺炎(简称新冠肺炎)属于中医疫病范畴。广州中医药大学附属中山医院专家组诊治新冠肺炎患者66例,表现以发热但热势不高,胸闷,乏力以及纳差,大便稀溏等为主,其病机是"湿郁"为基本病机,具有一定地域特点。在辨证论治的基础上,结合"三因制宜"理论,充分运用广东地产药材,全程参与新冠肺炎防治,以期为中医防治新冠肺炎提供借鉴和帮助。COVID-2019 belongs to the category of traditional Chinese medicine epidemic.The expert group of our hospital diagnosed and treated 66 cases of novel coronavirus,with fever but not high heat potential,chest tightness,fatigue,anorexia,loose stool,etc.The pathogenesis is“damp depression”as the basic pathogenesis,with certain regional characteristics.On the basis of syndrome differentiation and treatment,combined with the theory of“treatment individualized to patient,season and locality”,Guangdong native medicinal materials are fully used to participate in the prevention and treatment of novel coronavirus pneumonia,so as to provide reference and help for the prevention and treatment of novel coronavirus pneumonia by traditional Chinese medicine.
