咳喘胶囊联合呼吸导引术对稳定期COPD患者肺功能及运动耐力的影响

摘　　要：[目的]评价咳喘胶囊联合呼吸导引术对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能、运动耐力的影响。[方法]将60例Ⅱ~Ⅲ级稳定期慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者随机分为试验组、对照组各30例。试验组采用咳喘胶囊联合呼吸导引训练治疗3个月,评估患者治疗前后肺功能及运动耐力情况。[结果]治疗组患者3个月前后对比及治疗后两组之间比较,第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、FEV1%、6 min步行距离(6 MWD)、主观体力感等级量表(Brog)评分、肺康复评定指数(BODE)评分均获得改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]咳喘胶囊联合呼吸导引术能显著改善慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者肺功能及运动耐力。[Objective]To evaluate to Kechuan Capsule combined with respiratory guidance on pulmonary function and exercise endurance in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.[Methods]The 60 cases of grade II-III stability of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients were randomly divided into trial group and control group 30 cases each.The trial group adopted to Kechuan Capsule combined with respiratory guidance training for 3 months,and the pulmonary function and exercise endurance of the patients were evaluated before and after treatment.[Results]The forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),FEV1%,6 min walking distance(6 MWD),Brog score and BODE score of the trial group patients were improved after 3 months and comparison between two groups after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).[Conclusion]Kechuan Capsule combined respiratory guidance can significantly improve pulmonary function and exercise endurance in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.
