摘　　要：丁治国教授认为亚急性甲状腺炎的病机主要为情志内伤,肝郁化火,木旺乘土,脾失健运,痰浊内蕴。复感风热外邪,易与内生痰浊结聚颈部,发为该病。治疗应首重清肝健脾,清补并用,自拟"清肝健脾消瘿方",调整脏腑阴阳平衡,维持内环境的稳态。Professor DING Zhiguo believed that the pathogenesis of subacute thyroiditis is mainly emotional distress and frustration,depression of the liver generates pathogenic fire,which indicates subjugation of earth by wood and results in the formation of phlegm.Re-sensitization of wind and heat exogenous,easy to mix with the phlegm condenses to the neck.The principle of the treatment should be clearing liver and strengthening spleen at first.Heat-clearing and invigorating therapy also should be focused simultaneously.Professor DING drafts a decoction of“clearing liver-fire and strengthening spleen”to adjust the balance of viscera and yin and yang,and maintain the homeostasis of the internal environment.
