摘　　要：血站固定资产管理是血站日常管理工作的重要部分,为血站业务工作正常运转提供重要的物质保障。血站固定资产因种类多样、用途复杂,具有其特殊性,管理工作难度较大。我中心应用射频识别(RFID)技术,采用“RFID标签+智能硬件+中间件/软件平台”的技术架构,构建由感知层、网络层和应用层组成的智能物联网管理系统,有针对性地应用到血站固定资产精细化管理中,实现对血站固定资产的线上申购、维护审批、档案保管、位置控制和动态查找、资产的折旧计算等全生命周期闭环管理,创新了血站固定资产管理模式,提升了固定资产管理的工作效率,提高了资产数据的安全性,有效避免了账物不符、闲置流失等问题,维护费用和提前报废率逐年下降,初步实现了全面感知、全程控制的信息化、智能化管理模式,确保了血站固定资产完整、保值、可溯。目前,系统运行可靠、工作便捷,与传统的固定资产管理模式相比较,更加“精准、高效、可靠”。本研究拟就RFID技术在我中心血站固定资产信息管理中的应用实践做一阐述,以期为同行提供借鉴。The management of fixed assets of blood station is an important part of the daily management of blood station,and provides important material guarantees for the normal operation of blood station operations.Due to the variety and complex uses with the fixed assets of blood station,it is particular and difficult in the management of fixed assets of blood station.Radio frequency identification(RFID)technology was used in our blood center.“RFID tag+intelligent hardware+middleware/software platform”technical architecture was adopted,and the intelligent IoT management system composed of perception layer,network layer and application layer was built,which targeted application to the refined management of fixed assets in blood station.As a result,it has achieved full life-cycle closed-loop management such as online purchase,maintenance approval,archive storage,location control and dynamic search,asset depreciation calculation of fixed assets of blood stations and so on.The system can innovate management mode,improve the efficiency of fixed asset management,and improve the security of asset data.The system can effectively avoid problems such as mismatched accounts and lost wastage,and maintenance costs and early scrap rate decrease year by year.The system can have been initially realized the informationization and intelligent management mode of comprehensive perception and overall control,and ensure its complete,preserved and traceable in the fixed assets of blood station.At present,the system runs reliably and works conveniently.Compared with the traditional fixed asset management model,it is more“precise,efficient and reliable”.This study intends to elaborate on the application of RFID technology in the fixed asset information management in our blood station,with a view to providing reference for peers.
