保障国家能源安全 推进煤炭工业高质量发展

摘　　要：认为,面对世界百年未有之大变局,我们要做好充分准备;指出,虽然煤炭消费增量的空间不大,但煤炭在保障国家能源安全方面仍发挥重要作用,并且随着数字经济的发展,煤炭还具备巨大的发展潜力,尤其是在智能煤矿建设、煤炭高效清洁利用和二氧化碳减排等领域;而这些也是推进煤炭工业高质量发展的重要方向。因此,笔者建议:要把新形势下煤炭工业高质量发展的问题研究好,继续提高煤炭产业集中度、加快煤矿智能化建设、依靠科技进步解决煤炭高效清洁低碳利用等问题,充分利用人工智能、区块链、物联网、5G等数字技术优势,加快煤炭产业的转型发展。It was believed that in the face of the world's unprecedented changes in 21st Century,we should be fully prepared.Although there is little room for coal consumption increment,coal still plays an important role in ensuring national energy security.And with the development of digital economy,coal also has great development potential,especially in the field of intelligent coal mine construction,efficient and clean utilization of coal and carbon dioxide emission reduction;and these are also important direction to promote the high-quality development of coal industry.Therefore,it was suggested that we should study the high-quality development of the coal industry under the new situation,continue to improve the concentration of the coal industry,speed up the intelligent construction of coal mines,solve the existing problems of efficient,clean and lowcabon utilization of coal by scientific and technological progress,and make full use of the advantages of digital technologies such as artificial intelligence,block chain,internet of things,5G and other digital technologies to accelerate the transformation and development of the coal industry.
