摘  要:液压剪板机是用来剪切矿用大项修设备板类加工件下料的主要设备,设备使用过程中由于料挡装置长时间的受到冲击、冲撞严重导致部分机构产生变形而影响了下料精度。通过合理设计一种上料挡尺缓冲装置,有效地缓解了使用过程中的冲击力,提高和稳定了产品质量,降低了企业运营成本。The hydraulic shearing machines are the main equipment used to cut the plate parts of the mining equipment for major repair.In the process of using the equipment,the blanking accuracy is affected by the deformation of some mechanisms caused by the impact and collision of the material retaining device for a long time.Through the reasonable design of a buffer device,the impact force in the use process is effectively relieved,the product quality is improved and stabilized,and the operation cost of the enterprise is reduced.
