摘 要:针对当前军队院校首次任职培训和本科学历教育融合式培养模式改革后,本科毕业设计中遇到的研究时间紧、研究内容与培养目标不匹配的问题,提出了一种以毕业设计为牵引,将课堂讲授环节、实践教学环节和毕业设计环节进行统筹协调,将岗位任职能力培养贯穿于毕业设计教学实践过程中的新模式。该模式能够有效解决传统毕业设计模式中存在的问题,提高学员的自主学习能力和创新能力。After the reform of the integrated training mode about the post-oriented training and undergraduate education in military academies,problems emerge such as tight schedule and mismatch between research content and training objectives in the undergraduate graduation project.This paper introduces a new model,which takes the graduation project as the target,integrates classroom teaching,practical teaching and graduation project,and puts the training of post-oriented training into the process of graduation project teaching practice.This model can effectively solve the problems of the traditional graduation project mode,and improve the students’independent learning ability and innovation ability.
