摘 要:为了解港口物流与环境质量之间的关系,基于上海、天津、大连等十六个沿海城市的港口吞吐数据及废水排放数据,以环境库兹涅茨假说为理论基础建立静态面板模型和动态面板模型进行分析,结果表明:港口物流与水环境的关系曲线符合EKC曲线,且两种模型的估计结果均显示EKC曲线呈倒N型.这说明目前我国大部分沿海城市处于曲线的上升阶段,即处于废水排放量随港口物流水平的提高而增加阶段.因此,要贯彻落实绿色发展理念,健全污染物监测体系,提高污染物处理的技术水平,实现港口与环境协调发展.In order to understand the relationship between port logistics and environmental quality,the port throughput data and wastewater discharge data of 16 coastal cities was collected such as Shanghai,Tianjin and Dalian,and the static panel model and dynamic panel model were established based on the Environmental Kuznets hypothesis.The results show that the relationship curve between port logistics and water environment conforms to Environmental Kuznets Curve(KEC),and the estimation of the two models is consistent with EKC.Specifically,the estimated results of the two models show that the EKC is inverted n-type.At present,most coastal cities in China are in the rising stage of the curve,that is,wastewater discharge increases with the improvement of port logistics level.Therefore,it is necessary to implement the concept of green development,improve the pollutant monitoring system and the technical level of pollutant treatment,and realize the coordinated development of port and environment.
