摘 要:航空工业通飞公司技术进步经历了零部件制造、整机仿制、海外并购和自主创新四个阶段的演变过程。案例研究发现,该公司在技术深度和广度两个维度上都表现出不同程度的技术进步,其技术追赶表现出生产制造能力进步先于产品研发能力进步的明显特征。研究结果揭示了企业技术追赶的终极目标和驱动因素是企业自身的生存和发展,其路径演化与上述驱动因素密切相关,决策逻辑与企业技术资源变化内在关联。研究结果为后发企业选择合适的技术追赶方式提供了有益借鉴。The technological progress of China Aviation Industry General Aircraft Co.,Ltd has gone through four stages:parts manufacturing,machine imitation,overseas M&A and independent innovation.The case study found that the company showed different degrees of technological progress in the two dimensions of technical depth and breadth,and its technological catch-up performance was the obvious feature that the production and manufacturing capacity was prior to the progress of product R&D capacity.The results show that the ultimate goal and driving factor of enterprise technology catch-up is the survival and development of the enterprise itself.Its path evolution is closely related to the above driving factors,and the decision logic is intrinsically related to the change of enterprise technology resources.The results of the study provide useful reference to the later developing enterprises to choose the appropriate technology catch-up mode.
