手指对应取穴针刺法治疗颈腰背部慢性软组织疼痛的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察手指对应取穴针刺法治疗颈腰背部慢性软组织疼痛的临床疗效。方法:将200例颈腰背部慢性软组织疼痛患者随机分为2组,每组100例。手指对应针法组采用手指对应取穴针刺法治疗,每天治疗1次,每次5 min,7 d为1个疗程,共2个疗程;中药离子透入组采用中药离子透入治疗,每天治疗1次,每次20 min,7 d为1个疗程,共2个疗程。分别于治疗前和治疗结束后记录并比较2组患者疼痛视觉模拟量表(visual analogue scale,VAS)评分,并于治疗结束后比较2组患者的综合疗效和治疗费用。结果:①疼痛VAS评分。治疗前2组患者疼痛VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义[(7.33±1.63)分,(7.83±1.58)分,t=-1.301,P=0.435];治疗结束后,手指对应针法组疼痛VAS评分低于中药离子透入组[(1.30±1.34)分,(3.80±1.84)分,t=-2.318,P=0.023],2组患者疼痛VAS评分均低于治疗前(t=-3.718,P=0.000;t=-3.753,P=0.000)。②综合疗效。治疗结束后,手指对应针法组治愈32例、好转59例、无效9例,中药离子透入组治愈4例、好转72例、无效24例;手指对应针法组的综合疗效优于中药离子透入组(Z=-5.178,P=0.034)。③治疗费用。手指对应针法组的治疗费用低于中药离子透入组[(108.00±37.44)元,(403.20±148.40)元,t=-16.177,P=0.000]。结论:手指对应取穴针刺法治疗颈腰背部慢性软组织疼痛,在缓解疼痛、综合疗效方面均优于中药离子透入疗法,且治疗费用更低。Objective:To observe the clinical curative effects of finger holographic acupuncture therapy for treatment of chronic neck-waist-back soft tissue pain.Methods:Two hundred patients with chronic neck-waist-back soft tissue pain enrolled in the study were randomly divided into group A and group B,100 cases in each group.The patients in group A were treated with finger holographic acupuncture therapy,once a day for consecutive 2 courses of treatment,5 minutes at a time,7 days for each course;while the patients in group B were treated with traditional Chinese drugs(TCD)iontophoresis therapy,once a day for consecutive 2 courses of treatment,20 minutes at a time,7 days for each course.The pain visual analogue scale(VAS)scores were recorded and compared between the 2 groups before the treatment and after the end of treatment respectively,and the clinical comprehensive curative effects and cost of treatment were compared between the 2 groups after the end of treatment.Results:There was no statistical difference in pain VAS scores between the 2 groups before the treatment(7.33+/-1.63 vs 7.83+/-1.58 points,t=-1.301,P=0.435).The pain VAS scores were lower in group A compared to group B after the end of the treatment(1.30+/-1.34 vs 3.80+/-1.84 points,t=-2.318,P=0.023),and decreased in both of the 2 group after the end of the treatment compared to pre-treatment(t=-3.718,P=0.000;t=-3.753,P=0.000).After the end of the treatment,32 patients were cured,59 good and 9 poor in group A;while 4 patients were cured,72 good and 24 poor in group B.The group A surpassed the group B in the clinical comprehensive curative effects(Z=-5.178,P=0.034).The total cost of treatment was less in group A compared to group B(108.00+/-37.44 vs 403.20+/-148.40 RMB,t=-16.177,P=0.000).Conclusion:For patients with chronic neck-waist-back soft tissue pain,finger holographic acupuncture therapy can better relieve pain and achieve better clinical comprehensive curative effects with less cost of treatment as compared with TCD iontophoresis therapy.
