新冠肺炎疫情下吉林省房地产市场现状、问题及影响因素分析

摘　　要：年初以来,受新冠肺炎疫情影响,吉林省房地产市场受到较大冲击,各项指标大幅下挫。随着国家疫情防控和复工复产政策举措的统筹推进、落地见效,3月份,吉林省房地产市场指标出现企稳回升。本文采用总量、结构分析相结合的方法,深入研究当前吉林省房地产市场存在的问题,通过实证模型检验挖掘影响省会城市长春市房价的主要因素,并对未来房地产市场发展提出相关政策建议。Since the beginning of the year,the real estate market in Jilin has been greatly affected by the SARSCoV,and the indicators have been greatly reduced.With the overall promotion and implementation of the national epidemic prevention and control and resumption of production policies and measures,the teal estate market in Jilin Province recovered in March.In this paper,we use the total amount and structure analysis method to study of the current problems in the real estate market in Jilin Province.Through empirical model we test the main factors affecting the house price of Changchun City,and put forward relevant policy recommendations for the future development of the real estate market.
