摘　　要：陈承泽早年留学日本,加入中国同盟会,归国后供职于商务印书馆,并兼任多家报刊编辑。陈氏利用自身优势介绍西方宪政及法学知识,并针对清末民初之多变时局、国家建设等诸多问题建言献策。他约集同仁组建孤军社,筹划发行政论性刊物《孤军》。陈承泽关注学术,他较早加入留日学术社团——丙辰学社,任《学艺》文科编辑主任,为学社的初期发展立下了汗马功劳;围绕语法学研究,他发表了多篇(部)论著,其中又以《国文法草创》一书影响最大。陈承泽短暂的一生兼及政治与学术,其曲折经历为探究清末民初转型之际知识分子心路历程提供了又一鲜活个案。Chen Cheng-ze studied in Japan in his early years,during which he joined the Chinese League.After returning to China,he worked in many pressers as a newspaper editor.Base own advantages,Chen introduced western constitutionalism&legal knowledge,and put forward own ideas on the changing situation&national construction of China.He invited his colleagues to set up Gujun Society and planned to issue the Gujun magazine.Chen Cheng-ze paid attention to the academic organization.He joined early the Bingchen society founded by the overseas student in Japan and served as the editorial director of Xueyi magazine,who made great contributions to the former development of the organization.Chen Cheng-ze published many works on the research of gramma,among which the book named the Creation of Chinese Language Study was the most influential one.Chen Cheng-ze’s gave consideration to politics and academy on his short life,and his tortuous experience provides another fresh case for the exploration of the intellectual’s mental course during the transition from the late Qing Dynasty to the early Republic of China.
