摘  要:对比分析了不同Al含量低密度Fe-Mn-Al-C钢的显微组织和力学性能,研究了充氢时间和充氢电流密度对低密度Fe-Mn-Al-C钢氢脆性能的影响。结果表明:热轧8.9Al和12.2Al钢的组织都为铁素体、奥氏体和κ-碳化物,前者的奥氏体呈网状,后者的铁素体与奥氏体呈沿轧制方向的条带状;热轧12.2Al钢的强度高于8.9Al钢,而断后伸长率低于8.9Al钢,8.9Al和12.2Al钢的密度相较于纯Fe密度分别降低了13.96%和15.63%;经过10、30和60 min充氢处理后,12.2Al钢的抗拉强度和断后伸长率均明显降低,且都低于相同充氢时间下的8.9Al钢;随着充氢时间的延长,8.9Al和12.2Al钢的断后伸长率都呈逐渐降低的趋势,而断后伸长率损失呈逐渐升高的趋势;在相同充氢时间下,8.9Al钢的断后伸长率损失远小于12.2Al钢,即8.9Al钢相对12.2Al钢的抗氢脆性能更好。Microstructure and mechanical properties of low density Fe-Mn-Al-C steel with different Al contents were compared and analyzed,and effects of hydrogenation charging time and current density on the hydrogen embrittlement properties of low density Fe-Mn-Al-C steel were studied.The results showed that the microstructures of hot rolled 8.9Al and 12.2Al steels were ferrite,austenite andκ-carbide,the austenite of the former was reticulate,the ferrite and austenite of the latter was banded along the rolling direction;the strength of hot rolled 12.2Al steel was higher than that of 8.9Al steel,but the elongation was lower than that of 8.9Al steel.The density of 8.9Al and 12.2Al steels was 13.96%and 15.63%lower than that of pure Fe,respectively.After hydrogenation treatment for 10 min,30 min and 60 min,the tensile strength and elongation of 12.2Al steel decreased significantly,and both were lower than that of 8.9Al steel at the same hydrogenation time.With the prolongation of hydrogenation time,the elongation of 8.9Al and 12.2Al steels decreased gradually,while the elongation loss increased gradually.Under the same hydrogenation time,the elongation loss of 8.9Al steel was much less than that of 12.2Al steels,namely the hydrogen embrittlement resistance of 8.9Al steel was better than that of 12.2Al steel.
