摘 要:目的进行BD Phoenix 100全自动微生物分析系统的鉴定和药敏试验性能评价。方法对15株菌株进行30次鉴定(每株检测2次),对金黄色葡萄球菌(ATCC29213)、大肠埃希菌(ATCC25922)、铜绿假单胞菌(ATCC27853)进行90次药敏试验(每日3次,连续5 d,再重复1次)。分析BD Phoenix 100全自动微生物分析系统的鉴定准确度和精密度、药敏试验准确度和精密度、检测时间。结果BD Phoenix 100全自动微生物分析系统的鉴定准确度为97.73%、精密度为100.00%,药敏试验准确度为99.89%、精密度为95.96%,检测时间为13.90 h。结论BD Phoenix 100全自动微生物分析系统的鉴定和药敏试验的准确度和精密度都很高,检测时间比较短,适用于临床微生物的准确、快速鉴定,能为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供可靠的参考数据。Objective To evaluate the performance of BD Phoenix 100 automated microbiology system.Methods Identification of 15 bacteria were done for 30 times(2 times for each strain),antimicrobial susceptibility test of Staphylococcus aureus(ATCC 29213),Escherichia coli(ATCC 25922)and Pseudomonas aeruginosa(ATCC 27853)were done for 90 times(3 times a day,5 consecutive days,repeat once again).The identification accuracy and precision,drug sensitivity test accuracy and precision,and detection time of BD Phoenix 100 automatic microbial analysis system were analyzed.Results The identification accuracy and precision of D Phoenix 100 automatic microbiological analysis system were 97.73%and 100.00%,and the sensitivity test accuracy and precision were 99.89%and 95.96%,respectively,detection time was 13.90 hours.Conclusion BD Phoenix 100 automatic microbiological analysis system has high accuracy and precision in identification and drug sensitivity test and detection time was short,the analyzer is available for clinical microbial ID and AST and can provide significant data for antimicrobials usage.
