摘 要:目的了解沧州地区洋葱伯克霍尔德菌的感染特点及药物敏感性,为流行病学调查及治疗提供实验室依据。方法收集沧州地区两家综合性医院2019年全年检出的洋葱伯克霍尔德菌株,对感染特点及药物敏感率进行分析。结果洋葱伯克霍尔德菌检出最高的科室是重症医学科;检出最多的标本类型是痰液,其次是血;药物敏感率最高的药物是米诺环素(97.5%),其次是复方磺胺甲噁唑(85.0%)。结论洋葱伯克霍尔德菌主要感染病情危重、免疫力低下及进行侵入性治疗的患者;沧州地区两家医院洋葱伯克霍尔德菌对抗菌药物耐药性差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗应依据该地区流行病学调查数据和药敏试验结果选择用药。Objective To understand the characteristics of burkholderia cepacia infection and drug sensitivity in cangzhou area,in order to provide laboratory basis for epidemiological investigation and treatment.Methods Burkholderia cepacia strains were collected from two general hospitals in cangzhou through 2019 year,the characteristics of infection and drug sensitivity were analyzed.Results The department with the highest detection of burkholderia cepacia is intensive care unit;sputum was the most common type of specimen,followed by blood;the most sensitive drug was minocycline(97.5%),followed by compound sulfamethoxazole(85.0%).Conclusion Burkholderia cepacia mainly affects critically ill patients with low immunity and invasive treatment;there was no statistical difference in antimicrobial resistance between the two hospitals in cangzhou(P>0.05).Accurate treatment was based on local epidemiological survey data and susceptibility test results.
