摘　　要：目的探讨中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞、单核细胞/高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、C反应蛋白/清蛋白不同炎症标志物比值与新型冠状病毒肺炎轻、重症病例的相关性,为后续研究提供依据。方法收集雷神山医院就诊的新型冠状病毒肺炎72例轻症组、35例重症组以上6项检验结果及其比值,两组资料进行卡方、秩和检验后,用非条件Logistic回归模型多元分析。结果除单核细胞之外,两组年龄和不同炎症标志物比值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论C反应蛋白/清蛋白是新型冠状病毒肺炎重症病例的独立危险因素。Objective To investigate the correlation between the ratios of neutrophils/lymphocytes,monocytes/high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,C-reactive protein/albumin and the inflammatory markers in mild and severe cases of Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19),so as to provide evidence for subsequent studies.Methods Six test results and their ratios were collected from the patients with mild group of COVID-19(72 cases)and severe group(35 cases)in Leishenshan hospital.Chi-square and rank sum tests were performed for the two groups,and multivariate analysis was performed using an unconditioned Logistic regression model.Results In addition to monocytes,age and ratio of different inflammatory markers were compared between the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion C-reactive protein/albumin is an independent risk factor for severe cases of COVID-19.
