ANA、抗ENA抗体与体液免疫联合检测在系统性红斑狼疮诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探究系统性红斑狼疮诊断中开展抗核抗体(ANA)、抗可提取核抗原(ENA)抗体与体液免疫联合检测的应用价值。方法选取广东省江门市五邑中医院和广东省江门市新会区皮肤医院2017年10月至2019年10月收治的60例系统性红斑狼疮患者为观察组,并选取同期到两院体检的60例健康者为对照组,两组均进行ANA、ENA与体液免疫检验并比较检测结果。结果观察组免疫球蛋白(Ig)G(21.15±1.09)mg/mL、IgA(1.88±0.47)mg/mL、IgM(1.98±0.87)mg/mL水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),C3(0.42±0.74)μg/mL、C4(0.11±0.02)μg/mL水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的ANA、ENA与体液免疫指标阳性率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论系统性红斑狼疮患者开展ANA、ENA抗体与体液免疫联合检测具有明确的指导性作用,有助于疾病的诊断、治疗与评估疗效,在临床上推广价值较高。Objective To explore the application value of combined detection of anti-nuclear antibody(ANA),anti-extractable nuclear antigen(ENA)antibody and humoral immunity in the diagnosis of systemic lupus erythematosus.Methods Sixty patients with systemic lupus erythematosus admitted to wuyi hospital of traditional chinese medicine of Jiangmen and xinhui skin hospital of Jiangmen from October 2017 to October 2019 were selected as the observation group,and 60 healthy persons who had physical examination in the two hospitals at the same time were selected as the control group.ANA,anti ENA antibody and humoral immunity tests were performed in both groups,and compared the results.Results The levels of IgG(21.15±1.09)mg/mL,IgA(1.88±0.47)mg/mL,IgM(1.98±0.87)mg/mL in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the levels of C3(0.42±0.74)μg/mL,C4(0.11±0.02)μg/mL in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),the positive rate of ANA,anti ENA antibody and humoral immune index in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined detection of ANA,anti ENA antibody and humoral immunity in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus has a clear guiding role,and is helpful to the diagnosis,treatment and evaluation of curative effect of the disease.
