摘  要:目的探讨聚丙烯纳米组织修补片结合医用生物胶在疝修补模型中对溶血及炎性反应的影响。方法选取60只大鼠,采用随机分组法分为3组,20只为聚丙烯纳米补片结合医用生物胶组(实验组),20只为聚丙烯补片缝合组(对照组),20只为单纯缝合组(空白组)。观察3组大鼠体质量、摄食量、溶血度及炎性反应指标的变化情况。结果3组大鼠术前、术后立即、术后1周、术后2周、术后1个月体质量差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组和对照组大鼠术后立即摄食量明显低于空白组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3组术前、术后1周、术后2周、术后1个月摄食量差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组吸光度均值差异无统计学意义(t=0.98,P>0.05)。3组大鼠术前肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组在术后立即、术后3 d、术后1周、术后2周及术后1个月TNF-α水平明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组在术后3 d、术后1周、术后2周及术后1个月,白细胞介素-6水平明显低于对照组及空白组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论聚丙烯纳米组织修补片结合医用生物胶不影响溶血反应,能够减轻切口周围的炎性反应。Objective To investigate the hemolysis and inflammatory reaction of polypropylene nano-tissue patch combined with medical bioglue in hernia repair model.Methods Sixty rats were randomly divided into three groups,twenty rats in the polypropylene nanopatch combined with medical bio-adhesive group(experimental group),twenty rats in the polypropylene patch suture group(control group),and twenty rats in the simple suture group(blank group).The changes of body weight,food intake,hemolysis and inflammation index were observed in three groups.Results There was no significant difference in body weight among the three groups before operation,immediately after operation,1 week after operation,2 weeks after operation and 1 month after operation(P>0.05).The intake of rats in the experimental group and the control group was significantly lower than that in the blank group,the difference was statis tically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the intake of rats before operation,1 week,2 weeks and 1 month after operation(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the mean absorbance between the three groups(t=0.98,P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of TNF-a among the three groups before operation(P>0.05);the level of TNF-a in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group immediately,3 days,1 week,2 weeks and 1 month after operation,the difference was statis tically significant(P<0.05).The level of IL-6 in experimental group was significantly lower than that in control group and blank group at 3 days,1 week,2 weeks and 1 month after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion Polypropylene nano-tissue patch combined with medical bio-gel has no effect on hemolysis reaction and can reduce inflammatory reaction around the incision.
