摘　　要：随着建筑技术水平进一步提升,城市用地出现紧缺局面,促使超高层建筑建设规模逐步扩大。相比于普通建筑项目,超高层建筑的工程量得以提升,对成本管理提出更严苛的要求。论文以超高层建筑为背景,针对现场成本管理工作展开探讨并总结出可行方法。With the further improvement of building technology, urban land is in short supply, which makes the scale of super high-rise building gradually expand. Compared with the ordinary construction projects, the quantities of super high-rise buildings can be increased,which puts forward more stringent requirements for cost management. Based on the background of super high-rise buildings, this paper discusses the field cost management and summarizes the feasible methods.
