摘  要:针对MPS190-HPⅡ磨煤机调节煤粉性能不高、煤粉颗粒不均等缺点,将静态分离器改成动态分离器。改造前后对比试验数据结果分析:动态分离器调节效果明显增强;对于获取同一煤粉细度,动态分离器单耗明显低于静态分离器;相同情况下,动态分离器也优于静态分离器,有助于降低飞灰中未燃含碳量,为制粉系统节能降耗提供了参考。Aiming at the problems of MPS190-HPII coal mill,such as poor fineness regulation of pulverized coal,coarseness and poor uniformity of coal particles,it remoulds the original static back plate into dynamic separator.The contrast experiment before and after the transformation of the separator shows that the dynamic separator is better than the static back plate and improves the uniformity of coal powder in coal pipe.The unit consumption which transformed by dynamic separator is less than before in the same fineness.The amount of coal particles in the outlet coal pipe of the modified mill is less than that before the transformation under the same circumstances.It is beneficial to reduce the amount of unburned carbon in ash which provides reference for energy saving and consumption reduction of pulverizing system.
