摘  要:不锈钢粉尘中含有大量铁、铬、镍等有价金属资源,需对其进行有效的回收利用。以某钢厂的不锈钢粉尘为对象,研究用直接还原法回收其中有价金属的工艺。结果表明,不锈钢粉尘与还原剂、熔剂及黏结剂混合制粒、干燥后返回炼钢炉进行冶炼生产,工艺流程短、投资省,回收收益可观。Stainless steel dust contains a large number of valuable metal resources such as iron,chromium and nickel,which need to be effectively recycled.Taking the stainless steel dust from a steel mill as an object,the process of recovering valuable metals by direct reduction method is studied.The results show that the stainless steel dust mixed with reducing agent,flux and binder is granulated and returned to the furnace for smelting production after drying,which is a short technological process,has less investment and considerable recovery benefits.
