彩涂黑色家电产品折弯泛白缺陷原因分析及改进措施

摘　　要：主要针对马钢在冲压加工黑色家电用彩涂板过程中出现的折弯泛白缺陷,通过与国内某厂家类似产品对标分析,明确了泛白缺陷产生的原因,并通过涂层结构、涂料助剂含量、现场涂覆工艺的调整,使彩涂线生产的黑色家电产品折弯泛白缺陷得到了很好的解决。The bending and whitening defects appear in the process of stamping the color-coated sheet for black household appliances at Ma Steel.Through the benchmarking analysis with the similar products of a domestic manufacturer,the causes of the whitening defects are clarified.Through the adjustment of the coating structure,the content of paint additives and coating process,the bending and whitening defects of the color-coated sheet for black household appliances produced are successfully solved.
