烧结筛分系统的技术升级改造

摘　　要：通过对现有烧结机筛分系统存在问题的分析,淘汰了椭圆等厚筛,并结合现场工况条件,对筛分系统进行了改造:一次筛采用复频筛,二次筛采用棒条筛,使筛分设备实现了高效、节能、环保的效果。Based on the analysis of the existing problems in the screening system of the sintering machine,the elliptical equal thickness screen is eliminated,and combined with the working conditions on site,the screen system is transformed:the primary screen adopts the multi-frequency screen and the secondary screen adopts the bar screen,so that the screening equipment achieves the effect of high efficiency,energy saving and environmental protection.
