风机盘管加湿器的比较与经济性分析

摘　　要：对风机盘管湿膜加湿器、电极加湿器、PTC陶瓷加湿器的特点进行分析比较。由于湿膜加湿器存在卫生条件差、加湿效果差、更换频繁等问题,不建议采用。以济南地区某办公室为例,分别计算电极加湿器、PTC陶瓷加湿器的使用寿命总费用(包括设备购置费、运行费,设备购置费含元件更换费,运行费为电费、水费)。使用纯净水时,PTC陶瓷加湿器不必配置单独的排水管,而且不需要定期更换加热元件,比电极加湿器更加经济。The characteristics of fan coil wet film humidifier,electrode humidifier and PTC ceramic humidifier are analyzed and compared.Wet film humidifiers are not recommended due to poor sanitary conditions,poor humidification effects and frequent replacement.Taking an office in Jinan as an example,the total cost of service life of electrode humidifier and PTC ceramic humidifier(including equipment purchase fee and operation fee,equipment purchase fee includes component replacement fee,and operation fee is electricity fee and water fee)are calculated,respectively.When using pure water,the PTC ceramic humidifier does not need to be equipped with a separate drain pipe,and it does not require regular replacement of heating elements,which is more economical than the electrode humidifier.
