摘  要:为提高输电线路工程项目验收中环保和水保核查的效率,采用传统的人工验收已经不能满足工程验收的要求。由此,针对该需求,提出一种基于三维激光扫描的环保、水保核查比对方法。首先,通过无人机三维激光扫描系统实现对输电线路环保的采集;然后通过数据的预处理,实现对点云数据的分类,并引入基于Hough变换与相似度原理的检测方法,实现对验收工程项目周边环境缺陷的检测;最后搭建软件测试平台,对上述方法进行测试。结果表明,上述方法可很好的实现输电线路周边环保的可视化展示,从而为项目验收提供了更多的参考。In order to improve the efficiency of environmental protection and water conservation verification in the acceptance of transmission line project,the traditional manual acceptance can not meet the requirements of project acceptance,and a comparison method of environmental protection and water conservation verification based on 3 D laser scanning is proposed.First,the environmental protection route of transmission line is collected by UAV in the three-dimensional laser scanning system;then the point cloud data is classified by data preprocessing,and the environmental defect detection method of engineering line based on Hough transformation and similarity principle is introduced to detect the environmental defects around the acceptance project.Finally,a test platform is built to test the above methods.The results show that the above methods can well realize the visualization of environmental protection around the transmission line,thus providing more reference for project acceptance.
