摘 要:针对智能电网调度控制系统在梳理了系统业务层级关系的基础上,主要完成了健康度综合评价基本框架及健康度分层优先评价方法的设计,指标框架遵循优先级分层原则进行构建,评价方法基于多业务通硬件间的融合,并建立了一套针对数据采集与监控系统核心应用的层次化评价指标体系,再通过层次分析法及专家经验法的结合应用完成了指标权重及评价标准的制定,在此基础上完成系统健康度的综合评价。This paper aims at the smart grid dispatching control system based on the system’s business-level relationships.It mainly completes the design of the basic framework for comprehensive health evaluation and the method of priority evaluation for health layers.The indicator framework is constructed following the principle of priority layers.The evaluation method is based on the integration of multi-service communication hardware,and a set of hierarchical evaluation index systems for the core applications of data acquisition and monitoring systems are established.The index weights and evaluation are completed through the combined application of AHP and expert experience methods.The formulation of standards and the comprehensive evaluation of system health on this basis.
